Since 2015, CD Specialty Contractors, a leading specialty services provider, has helped construction partners across the Western US build with expertise by delivering scaffolding and industrial insulation services of unsurpassed quality.
Our work spans numerous commercial and industrial industries, including:
- Commercial: food processing, government, health care, hospitality, institutional, manufacturing, and transportation.
- Industrial: mines, petrochemical, pipelines and terminal, power plants, refineries, and renewable energy

In addition to our scaffolding and industrial insulation services, CD operates a retail arm that rents a full range of scaffolding equipment under the name Colorado Scaffolding.

Our Leadership
CD Speciality Contractors has invested heavily in recruiting top industry talent for its field teams, and the same goes for our senior management team. To ensure every job gets done well, safely, and right, CD’s leadership is actively involved at every step to support the success of our clients and field teams.
Jeff Voss, President
Jeff Voss has been in the business of keeping construction sites safe since 1980, when he began working with Safway Services and, later, Brand Energy (long before their merger as BrandSafway). Through roles as General Manager, Vice President, Senior Partner, and President, he has guided the restructuring, process improvement and explosive growth of leading scaffolding companies. Jeff Voss joined CD Specialty Contractors in xx and led the initiative in 2023 to launch two new divisions: Swing Stage Scaffolding and Modular Safety Rail Divisions. He is energized to continue the reshaping of CD Specialty Contractors into one of the nation’s leading specialty services providers.
Jared Koon, Vice President of Industrial Services
Jared Koon has over 20 years experience in the scaffolding industry, having worked his way up from an on-the-ground helper with BrandSafway to become the scaffold construction manager for CD Specialty Contractors in April 2022. Drawing on his experience managing large-scale industrial and commercial projects, Jared Koon oversees all industrial activity, including sales, business development, estimating, field supervisor and regional project management. Jared has had a tremendous impact on the company’s field performance and safety.
Greg Chomenko, Vice President of Business Development
Greg Chomenko is an accomplished executive with over 30 years running businesses in the commercial and industrial construction industries. Throughout his tenure with Safway and other firms, he has always made safety a top priority, spearheading initiatives that led to numerous safety awards and 0 recordables over 6 straight years. It was this focus on safety that drew Greg Chomenko to CD, where he now works to manage the sales team and lead CD’s strategic growth.
Daniel Bertz-Sharon, Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Bertz Sharon joined CD Specialty Contractors in 2025, bringing with him nearly 20 years of financial experience at global engineering and manufacturing firms, including BNP Associates. In his role with CD Specialty Contractors, he is focused on streamlining processes and improving systems to help CD deliver more accurate, consistent, and compliant projects for clients at competitive prices.
Stacie Terrazas, Executive Operations Manager
Stacie Terrazas has over 20 years of experience as a construction administrator, with a hand in all aspects of the back office, from managing accounts payable to assisting with pre-qualifications, reporting and compliance. Hard-working and organized, she keeps the CD Specialty Contractors office running smoothly and has been known to step in as backup for the other department managers when called upon.
